| Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler Join the Team at Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation , a proud member of the Alliance Health Group family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team! We are resident-centered and quality-focused , with a workplace culture built around teamwork, collaboration, and uplifting one another. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping a healthcare team run smoothly, we'd love to have you join us! What You'll Do Coordinate and maintain monthly nursing schedules for licensed nurses and CNAs Assist with finding call-in replacements and maintaining appropriate staffing levels Help ensure schedules meet corporate, state, and federal staffing requirements Provide administrative support to the Nursing Department Answer phones, greet visitors, assist residents and families, and relay messages appropriately Assist with administrative transfers and discharges Maintain and organize nursing department records and documentation Assist with job assignments, scheduling adjustments, and staffing-related reports Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes with nursing leadership and team members Run errands and assist with obtaining supplies when needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned What You'll Bring Previous experience with staffing and scheduling nurses and CNAs preferred High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience Current/active CPR certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to navigate internet and intranet systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to supporting overall facility goals Why Join Linden Place?
