Scheduler/ CNA Join Our Dedicated Team - Full-Time | $16.75/hr. Pay | Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage may be necessary based on census, staffing and operational needs of the skilled nursing facility. About the Role As our Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residents receive outstanding care by skillfully organizing and maintaining nursing staff schedules. You'll collaborate with both internal team members and support staff to guarantee each shift is fully covered, helping to create a positive and responsive work environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities Design and update master schedules for nursing staff Coordinate coverage for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and Baylor shift. Find replacements for callouts or open shifts by communicating with the internal team and support staff. Keep contact lists and emergency contact information current for all nursing staff. Verify employee work hours, manage time corrections, and process time-off requests. Track attendance and help implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Promote and support a safe and compliant working environment at all times. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA license required Experience with staffing and scheduling is highly preferred. Comfortably using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Working Conditions Ability to move throughout the facility as needed. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and sit for extended periods.
