Carolina Urology Partners, PLLC is a large, comprehensive urology group in the Carolinas. We have 27 physicians, more than 150 employees, and 10 urology clinics in convenient locations throughout the Carolinas. We are currently seeking a Surgery Scheduler for our office in Mooresville, NC . This position will be responsible for assisting in the examination and treatment of patients under Physician direction. Responsibilities Schedule surgical procedures in office and hospital setting Authorize and provide patients with coverage information regarding specific surgical procedure. Coordinate all necessary preoperative appointments and clearances as necessary Schedule patients for in office post operative visits. Skills Prior experience as a surgical scheduler Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in EMR system
