Full Job Description Production Coordinator Maverick Metal & Roof Supply Location:

Raleigh, NC Maverick Metal & Roof Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support daily production and delivery operations. This role ensures customer orders are accurate, scheduled properly, and delivered on time while serving as a key link between sales, warehouse, drivers, and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

Review sales orders for accuracy and material availability Schedule and prioritize orders based on timelines and delivery routes Coordinate daily picking and loading of trucks Schedule delivery routes and confirm delivery times with customers Monitor order status from start to finish Communicate delays, shortages, or changes proactively Coordinate with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels Assist with resolving delivery or job-site issues Maintain accurate documentation and production updates Schedule and coordinate drivers to create the most efficient delivery routes, maximizing time, productivity, and on-time deliveries

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in production, logistics, or building materials preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory or order management systems preferred We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
