Training Operations Coordinator — TRIO Training Program

Job Description

The Training Operations Coordinator provides institute logistics, venue management, registration, and on-site event execution for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's federal Training Program for Federal TRIO Programs.
In this role you will:
Annually plan and execute two in-person hybrid institutes and one virtual institute. Manage the online registration platform. Manage event budget, contracts, and invoices. Coordinate travel arrangements for training faculty and project staff.

Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Two years of experience coordinating institutes, conferences, or programs, including venue negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event execution, similar experience will be considered. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to institute sites. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Higher Education, Public Administration, Event/Program Management, or a related field. Prior TRIO or pre-college program experience. Familiarity with event-registration and hybrid-streaming platforms (e.g., Whova). Experience managing federally funded event or conference budgets Posted Salary $45,000/yr minimum How to Apply Click on "Apply for this Job".
