You will monitor live platforms, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Partnering closely with engineering and product teams, you'll analyze performance data, document processes, and help improve workflows that enhance the player experience. Responsibilities Support day-to-day production and operations for Draft Kings gaming platforms. Monitor live casino/gaming systems to ensure uptime, performance, and data accuracy. Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer support to resolve incidents quickly. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements. Execute standard operating procedures for releases, configuration changes, and content updates. Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, runbooks, and incident reports. Assist with compliance and audit requirements specific to casino and gaming operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance player experience. Use reporting tools and dashboards to track performance and prepare operations reports. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects in Production & Operations.
