Job Summary Detail oriented to provide administrative and operational support to the day-to-day operations overseeing the inventory management processes, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations. This role closely works with purchasing, warehouse logistics and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure operational efficiency. Duties Perform cycle counts of warehouse inventory according to the established schedule. Record stock transfers, receiving reports and inventory adjustments in the management system. Research and resolve minor variances between physical counts and system balances. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to check for correct quantities and damages. Label, organize and store inventory items in designated locations to maximize space and accessibility. Coordinate daily supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory control, transportation and distribution. Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or excess stock. Understand all supply chain responsibilities and be able to perform backup duties as needed. Assist supervisors in generating routine stock level, usage, and variance reports. Specific product line detailing and Mobile Duplexer tuning. Also, other duties as assigned. Requirements
MINIMUM COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, inventory management or procurement.
Software:
Basic proficiency with data entry, MRP inventory software and spreadsheet tools like MS Excel.
Equipment:
Forklift certification is a plus
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in varying warehouse temperatures. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
