Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY 20.72 per hour | Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Saturday & Sunday OFF Keep Students on Track from Day One As Testing & Scheduling Coordinator at Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're helping students (ages 16-24) stay on the path to success by ensuring they receive the right testing, placement, and support at the right time. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults build the education, career skills, and confidence needed for successful futures. As our Testing & Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our academic programs running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate student class schedules and attendance rosters Administer, score, and oversee academic testing (TABE & OPT) Schedule testing to support academic and career technical training programs Ensure all testing procedures meet DOL and company requirements Review testing documentation and verify student eligibility Maintain a secure, organized, and compliant testing environment Work closely with Academic staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records and uphold testing integrity standards What You Get Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program (including legal & financial resources) Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Wellness program with employee incentives A rewarding career helping students achieve educational success ✅ What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of administrative experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure testing integrity Excellent communication and time-management skills "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
