This is a hands-on role that supports several areas of our day-to-day cannabis manufacturing operation, with a focus on pre-roll production, product preparation, inventory, and general production support . The ideal candidate is someone who can move between different tasks throughout the day, works efficiently, and pays close attention to product quality and accuracy. Responsibilities Assist with daily pre-roll production , including preparing material, filling, weighing, finishing, counting, and organizing pre-rolls Prepare cannabis material for production as directed Accurately weigh and document cannabis products and finished goods Assist with weighing, counting, and verifying completed production runs Prepare materials, hardware, and supplies needed for upcoming production Assist with operation of pre-roll and other production equipment after training Monitor products during production and identify quality or consistency issues Help keep production moving efficiently between different stages Assist with inventory counts and tracking of cannabis material, finished goods, and production supplies Receive, count, and organize incoming production materials and packaging Maintain accurate production records, batch information, and internal tracking sheets Label and organize work-in-progress and finished products Assist packaging and other production departments when additional support is needed Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and New York cannabis compliance requirements Maintain an organized production workspace Complete other production and operational tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance Strong attention to detail Comfortable handling and working directly with cannabis products Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks, including pre-roll production Able to accurately weigh, count, and document products Able to follow written procedures and production instructions Comfortable learning and operating production equipment Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic math and measurement skills Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements Able to lift up to 50 lbs Previous cannabis, pre-roll, manufacturing, packaging, or production experience is a plus but not required Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position at our manufacturing facility in Canastota, NY . Compensation Pay is based on experience. About the Role The Operations Associate is a flexible, hands-on member of our production team. Pre-roll production will be a regular responsibility of this position , but the role is not limited to pre-rolls. Depending on daily production needs, the Operations Associate may assist with material preparation, weighing finished goods, inventory, packaging, production equipment, documentation, and other areas of manufacturing. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn different parts of the operation and can be counted on to jump between tasks as production needs change.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
