The team serves as the central hub for implementation, bridging the gap between internal advisors, specialized strategy teams, and external insurance carriers. The team's primary mission is to ensure that every task—from creation to final funding—is precisely prepared and administratively sound before moving through the firm's final review and submission channels. Your Role In this position, you are far more than a data processor; you are an annuity and technical Specialist responsible for the high-volume preparation and coordination of the annuity lifecycle. While this role does not involve direct client contact, you are the engine that enables advisors to provide premier service experience. Your meticulous oversight ensures that every document is prepared with absolute administrative integrity—flawless, intuitive, and structured for immediate execution. This is a high-volume, detail-intensive role that requires a unique blend of precision processing and proactive problem-solving. The individual within this role will act as a primary operational liaison between internal teams and third-party insurance carriers, navigating a vast landscape of carrier-specific nuances and regulatory requirements. Principal Responsibilities Application Preparation:
Execute the meticulous preparation of new annuity applications and related service documents, ensuring adherence to firm and carrier-specific requirements. Workflow
Coordination:
Facilitate the multi-stage implementation process, interfacing between internal advisors, insurance strategist teams, and external carriers to move files toward completion.
Data Integrity & Entry:
Manage the accurate input and movement of financial data across multiple internal systems and external carrier portals.
System Navigation:
Work seamlessly across multiple internal systems and external carrier portals to facilitate transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Risk & Compliance:
Apply sound business judgment to identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities, ensuring strict adherence to firm-wide information security and quality policies.
Implementation Support:
Facilitate the final funding process and provide operational support for special projects as requested by the business. Skills & Experience We're Looking For Basic Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excel Skills:
