Production Control Coordinator:

Create and maintain production schedules to support operational and customer requirementsCoordinate deliveries with internal teams and third-party trucking companiesManage inventory control processes, including cycle countingServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and deliveryCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Team Leaders, and Operations to support business objectivesMaintain accurate records and communicate changes clearly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquetteExperience with MS Excel required along with the ability to quickly learn new computer programsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage changing priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with construction drawings desiredAbility to work a flexible schedule based on workload demandsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
