Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
Plan the production, inventories and capacity for the manufacturing facility. Manage the engineering change notice process on the shop floor; interact with manufacturing management to problem solve and ensure supply continuity. Demonstrates proficiency and competency in use of Involvement of Personnel tools, which support the continuous improvement philosophy. Actively supports
IATF 16949, ISO
9001, Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems, and supports all necessary activities to fully implement all management systems into all aspects of TitanX operations. Assumes Deputy Responsibilities as assigned in accordance with Procedure Admin/4.1.2/02. Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Daily updates and issues production launchers, communicates priorities and setups with production supervisor. 2. Focuses on improved inventory accuracy for manufactured WIP. 3. Responsible for line sequencing logistics as required by OEM customers. 4. Active member of assigned APQP teams. 5. Prepares logistics FMEA's as required by assigned APQP teams. 6. If necessary, issue picking lists for customer shipments and expedites. 7. Monitor the stock levels and alert when the min/max levels are reached. 8. Monitor Floor KanBan levels and adjust as necessary on a regular basis. 9. Create and monitor weekly and daily specific vendor schedules. 10. Attend weekly MPS meetings. 11. Ordering tracks for customers. 12. Mange EC on the EC system, doing change in Mae fae as needed.
