Description This position involves the processing of orders daily to make sure they meet all required deadlines. May be required to route deliveries to drivers when the dispatcher is not available. Strong organizational skills needed, must be able to multitask, must have some computer skills and able to communicate clearly and accurately to the Telecenter. The Candidate may be communicating with the drivers throughout the day to when orders cannot be delivered or when an order is cancelled. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual, a plus Floral experience, a plus Good math skills Able to receive direction Good attention to detail You must be punctual & reliable Excellent knowledge

MS Office Excel & Word Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Able to stand for long periods of time. Must have Excel and Word experience. Capable of working under pressure and good organizational skills. Good Communicational skill necessary. Must be flexible and willing to work longer hours during Holidays. Must be able to work on weekends Required to complete some reports for the Manager. Assist with the counting of Inventory and dispatching of drivers when necessary. The expected salary range for this position is $18.00 hourly . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
