Send job Job Details Company Job Details Build Our Future Together Regenerons Finance Operations team is seeking a driven, detailoriented Associate Manager to help elevate the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact of our global Finance processes. In this role, youll collaborate across the organization, lead process optimization initiatives, and guide a team of Finance and Accounting professionals to deliver highquality financial insights and operational excellence.
When & Where:
This position will sit on-site in our Sleepy Hollow, NY office four days per week.
Discover Your Role:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, streamline, and automate finance processes. Build and present business cases, workflow diagrams, and process models to support strategic decisions. Coach and empower team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment . Use key performance metrics to monitor KPIs , identify improvement opportunities, and support financial objectives. Oversee data analysis efforts to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights . Deliver clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to Finance leadership. Partner with Finance Operations management to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and plan weekly/monthly goals . Strengthen relationships with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate close deliverables. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide ongoing support and refinement . Support testing and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including validating finance workflows, coordinating user acceptance testing, and driving adoption across the Finance Operations team. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
This Role Requires:
BS/BA in Accounting 6-8+ years of experience in an accounting function Strong understanding of SOX technology controls Expertise in business process design and documentation Experience with large-scale ERP systems (preferred) Six Sigma certification (preferred) Does this sound like you?
