Customer Service / Scheduling Team Member Emerson Orthodontics is looking for an experienced dental professional to join our front office team. Great phone skills, excellent communication, and a genuinely positive attitude are a must. Previous dental office experience is required. Orthodontic experience is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who already understands the pace and expectations of a busy dental practice and can confidently communicate with patients, manage scheduling needs, and work closely with the clinical team. This is a fast-paced, patient-focused position, so organization, dependability, attention to detail, confidence, and the ability to multitask are essential. What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year of dental office experience Orthodontic front-office or scheduling experience preferred Experience with patient scheduling and high-volume phones Strong computer skills; dental practice-management software experience preferred Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, coachable, and team-oriented

Schedule:

4.5-day work week

Pay:

$15-$20/hour, based on experience

Location:

One office — no travel or bouncing between locations
