Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily site operations and support smooth workflow at the station Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, arrivals, and operational issues Handle returned packages and delivery exceptions in accordance with company procedures Sort, organize, and prepare packages to ensure efficient daily operations Track and maintain package and operational data using internal systems and spreadsheets Perform basic data entry and assist with daily operational reporting Support general station operations and assist the team as needed Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, dispatch, or site operations is a plus but not required (Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred) Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM Basic computer skills; experience with data entry or spreadsheets is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and able to work well independently and as part of a team Work Schedule & Compensation Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Rotating days off; weekends are not fixed Overtime paid in accordance with labor laws

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
