07 Position Summary The Scheduling Specialist creates and maintains spreadsheets or other similar tracking process for staff skeletons and vacancies. They collect data, develop and generate reports to inform leaders of critical staffing shortages. They are responsible for creating monthly unit time schedules, processing ETO requests, and scheduling changes following department guidelines for multiple units. They may maintain staff mandatory requirement records and provide training for other Scheduling staff.
