Job Description

OPERATIONS & E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

We're looking for a hands‑on operations generalist who can jump in, solve problems, and keep the day‑to‑day running smoothly. If you like variety and don't want to be boxed into one lane, this role is for you. Shipping & Logistics Experience, Consumer Product Goods (CPG) experience, and any experience with Amazon/Walmart/Target Marketplaces is a plus. You'll touch all of this: Amazon & e‑commerce (listings, SKUs, backend headaches) Shipping, logistics & returns Light IT & systems (SharePoint, laptops, files) Customer service Warehouse organization (small, garage‑based setup) What You'll Do Support Amazon Seller Central and online operations Help manage shipping, returns, inventory, and warehouse organization Provide light IT and systems support using Microsoft tools Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution Keep product, inventory, and operational data organized Support operations leadership with day‑to‑day execution Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes What We're Looking For 2-5+ years in operations, e‑commerce, logistics, admin, or similar Experience in at least one of the areas above Organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats #JDP
