You'll be the go-to person connecting our vendor network and our clients, coordinating valuation and appraisal orders from start to finish. What You'll Do Assign incoming valuation and appraisal orders to our vendor partners Build good working relationships with vendors to keep things running smoothly and on time Keep track of orders from start to finish, making sure deadlines and client expectations are met Give clients clear and timely updates on their orders Spot and help solve issues that come up, looping in your team when needed Work with your teammates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals together Share ideas for making our process smoother and our customers happier What We're Looking For Good communication skills, you're comfortable talking with people and keeping them in the loop Solid organizational skills, you can juggle multiple things at once without dropping the ball A helpful, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems as they come up Why You'll Like Working Here Learn the ropes of vendor operations, with real exposure to client relationships and vendor management A fast-paced, supportive environment where you can grow your career A friendly, collaborative team that has your back Generous PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) match

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
