Join a Top-Performing Business in a High-Impact Operations Role We're looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join one of the top-performing Allstate agencies in the country in a newly created business-operations position. Insurance experience is not required. This is NOT a traditional administrative or entry-level coordinator job. You'll work directly with agency leadership and have meaningful responsibility across business operations, technology, reporting, quality assurance, client retention, recruiting and new business initiatives. We're looking for someone who wants ownership, variety, direct exposure to business leadership and an opportunity to expand their skills and responsibilities as the position develops. Our agency manages more than $13 million in business and has consistently performed among Allstate's top agencies nationally. What You'll Do
- Own recurring operational processes, reports, spreadsheets and trackers
- Perform quality-control reviews and identify issues requiring follow-up
- Support client-retention initiatives and communicate directly with customers
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding and new employee licensing
- Work extensively with Excel, Google Workspace and business technology
- Support social media and digital-business activities
- Research issues and organize information for management
- Assist with technology implementations, process improvements and business-development projects What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
$62,000-$65,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
