- Scheduling patients to meet production
- Assisting with insurance verification
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain and update patient records using Dentrix software
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area ```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a similar role required
- Proficiency in using Dentrix software
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures and how treatment time is coordinated between doctors and EFDAs
- Knowledge of dental insurance The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational abilities.
They should be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
