Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication and multi tasking skills. Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals and deadlines. Oversee the project managers who are onsite to make sure that projects stay on projected timeline and issues are addressed in a timely manner. Communicate schedules with homeowners. Collaborate with production staff to ensure smooth project completions. Conduct spot inspection for quality assurance. Train and supervise production staff on best practices for safety and efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting jobsite and crew issues. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and inventory usage. Requirements Proven experience in a operation role is preferred. Strong knowledge of general construction processes. excellent communication skills is a must Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise in the production process. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
