Skills Extensive experience in nursing home or assisted living environments with a focus on long-term care regulations and senior living facility management. Proven leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams within residential or group home settings. Proficiency in managing care plans, medication administration protocols, and disability services coordination. Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized healthcare services.
