Job Description
About the Role Our brand fuels a passionate global movement in modern firearm customization—powering 2,800 retailers and dealers across 20 countries , alongside thousands of passionate retail clients spending $500 to $1,000+ per build. Much like high-end custom off-road builds, our precision aftermarket parts are engineered for performance and aesthetic perfection. Here's the straight truth: We are a rapidly growing, specialized SMB manufacturer. While our parts and brand reputation are top-tier, our internal operations are continuously evolving. We are in the middle of a never-ending journey toward Lean manufacturing, standardizing SOPs, and eliminating waste . We need an Operations Lead & Client Experience Specialist who isn't looking for a cushy corporate playbook. We need a refined, IT technical and mechanically minded professional who will own the customer journey, manage critical logistics and software, and actively help us optimize our processes while holding our floor team to an uncompromising standard of quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Optimization & Quality Control Leadership Hold the Line on
Quality:
Act as the final checkpoint for the Make Ready and fulfillment team—ensuring every order leaving our facility is 100% correct, verify scanned, and packaged like a luxury mechanical product.
Champion Lean Improvements:
Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring website or packing errors, refund software glitches, inventory discrepancies and more; partner directly with the other managers to implement visual controls, standard work, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke).
Cross-Functional Accountability:
Bridge the gap between c customer service promises and shop-floor execution. Maintain high standards across the packing/assembly benches with firm, respectful accountability. 2. High-Touch Client Advisory & Technical Consultation Serve as the executive, articulate voice of the brand across voice and email ( Zendesk ), advising consumers, builders, and large wholesale dealers on parts and setup Provide patient, authoritative technical support for DIY builders facing installation snags (dovetail tolerances, barrel band clearances, screw torquing), leveraging our comprehensive library of DIY instructions and technical videos . Actively protect brand equity on Google Reviews and RaveCapture by turning constructive feedback into process improvements and cultivating authentic 5-star customer relationships. 3. E-Commerce, Global Logistics & Freight Execution Oversee day-to-day transaction workflows in BigCommerce website , including loyalty rewards engagement via Lootly and campaign touchpoints via Klaviyo . Manage RMAs, return audits, and financial accuracy (store credits vs. refunds) through ReadyReturns .
Coordinate daily outbound logistics:
domestic parcels via UPS USA , export compliance and commercial invoices via FedEx International Customs (ITAR/EAR compliance), and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) pallet shipments for large OEM accounts and outside finishing vendors (anodizing/Cerakote). Who You Are Refined Communicator with
Backbone:
You have an articulate, professional presence when speaking to high-dollar clients or corporate dealer executives, paired with the practical, respectful authority required to hold internal warehouse teams accountable.
Pragmatic Problem Solver:
You don't panic when an SOP is missing or a process breaks down. Instead of complaining that things aren't "buttoned up," you take the initiative to document the step, fix the root cause, and build a lasting solution.
Mechanical Intuition & Adjacent Experience:
Direct firearms knowledge is great, but hands-on experience in adjacent technical trades— aftermarket automotive/4x4, motorsports, precision cycling, aerospace components, or machining —is equally valuable. You understand mechanical tolerances, thread engagement, torque, and technical schematics.
Process- & Lean-Oriented:
You take satisfaction in clean, 5S workspaces, repeatable systems, zero-defect shipping, and systematic problem solving.
Compensation & Perks Base Salary:
$60,000-$75,000 to start commensurate with operational and leadership experience

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
