Air Systems Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative & Scheduler to join our team. We are a residential and commercial Air Conditioning and Heating company located in League City, Texas. Our team has worked together striving to earn the reputation of providing timely, honest and courteous service to all our customers with the CSR/Scheduler playing a vital role in the customer and Technician experience. This can be a fast-paced environment making it imperative that the CSR/Scheduler has the ability to multi-task handling multiple priorities while maintaining a polite and knowledgeable customer experience.

MANDATORY

1-year+ experience required in scheduling and phone customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner Schedule customer appointments timely with clear and accurate appointment notes Enter customer data and verify accurate data in company software Assist Technicians with warranty verification and ordering parts from distributors Clerical duties as assigned (scanning, copying, filing, etc.)

Qualifications:

High school diploma Proficient communication skills Basic computer skills (Typing, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to multi-task

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
