POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking independent, energetic B2B Field Sales Prospectors to book face-to-face appointments for our high-demand local Direct Mail books. This is a 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. You control your hours and your income. Your sole objective is to walk into local businesses, bypass the gatekeepers, and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team. If you are an aggressive self-starter who wants a pure performance-based role where your income reflects your direct effort, this is your opportunity. This is not a remote job, a hybrid job, or a desk job . You must be fully comfortable with daily door-to-door cold calling, navigating face-to-face rejection, and operating independently in the field.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Target Commercial Districts:

Independently canvas local business areas to find decision-makers (owners and partners).

Book Qualified Meetings:

Introduce our direct mail advertising opportunities and secure a firm day/time for our senior account executive to present. Earn on

Results:

Hand off the qualified lead and get rewarded for your field production.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

(UNCAPPED) We feature a multi-tier, stackable payout structure so you maximize your earning power and get rewarded for high-quality leads: $50.00

Set-and-Sit Bonus:

Earned when your scheduled appointment successfully sits down and completes the meeting with our sales team. +$50.00

Signed Contract Bonus:

A stackable bonus earned when that meeting converts into a signed advertising contract.

Total Value:

Earn $100.00 per successful client acquisition.

Realistic Earning Math:

A sharp field producer setting completed meetings averages $100.00 to $300.00+ daily . There is no cap on what you can earn. (

Note:

All earned commisssions and bonuses are paid on a reliable bi-weekly schedule.)
