In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a friendly, efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your office management and communication skills within a dynamic setting. Duties Welcome patients, visitors, physicians, and staff in a warm, professional manner. Answer and direct multi-line phone calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and assist with inquiries. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and manage patient registrations. Verify patient identity and maintain compliance with privacy and organizational policies. Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records. Process payments and handle financial transactions according to company policies. Prepare patient charts, maintain logs and reports, file documents, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and faxes. Support office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring a clean and orderly reception area. Assist physicians, anesthesia personnel, and team members as needed to promote efficient patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, physician offices, and internal departments to ensure continuity of care. Participate in ongoing training, educational programs, and team initiatives. Insurance verification Insurance Authorizations Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for communication and organization Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Technical proficiency in computer literacy, data entry, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, calendar management, and document processing with accuracy Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm and organizational talents will make a real difference!
