Job Description

Part-Time Community Operations Assistant Bedrock Association Management LLC Sugar Land, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $19 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Some college Written communication Microsoft Outlook Attention to detail Office record organization Full Job Description Bedrock Association Management is looking for a motivated, curious, dependable person who wants more than a routine part-time office job. We manage homeowners associations, but we're also building our own AI-powered operating platform to change how the work gets done. That means this role is a little different: you'll work with people, data, documents, community operations, and new technology all at the same time. You do not need HOA experience. We can teach you the industry. What matters more is that you are organized, willing to learn, comfortable with technology, and the kind of person who notices when something doesn't look right and wants to figure out why. What You'll Do Help process homeowner requests, architectural applications, property transfers, and community records Organize and update information in our management systems Prepare routine correspondence and follow up on open items Assist with vendor documents, proposals, insurance certificates, and community projects Help assemble board meeting materials and reports Work with spreadsheets and perform basic data checks Test new workflows in our internal AI platform and tell us what works, what doesn't, and what could be better Help clean up and organize data as we move communities onto our new platform Work alongside both our staff and AI tools to get work completed accurately and efficiently Take on additional responsibilities as you learn the business You Might Be a Good Fit If You Are dependable and take pride in finishing what you start Learn new software quickly Pay attention to details other people miss Like solving problems instead of just being told what buttons to push Are comfortable asking questions Can work independently once you understand what needs to be done Have solid written communication skills Know the basics of Microsoft Outlook and Excel Are interested in AI, automation, business, technology, property management, or operations Want an opportunity to learn and grow rather than simply fill time between shifts What We Care About We care much more about attitude, curiosity, reliability, and judgment than having the perfect resume. You may be a college student, someone early in your career, someone returning to the workforce, or simply someone who wants a part-time position where you can actually learn something and contribute. If you are the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks, "There has to be a better way to do this," you'll probably fit in well here. About Bedrock Bedrock Association Management works with community associations throughout the Houston area. We believe technology should make work simpler, not more complicated, so we are building our own AI-powered management platform alongside our day-to-day operations. You'll have an opportunity to see firsthand how a small business is using AI and automation to rethink an established industry. Schedule Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Some scheduling flexibility may be available. Work Location In person in the Sugar Land / Southwest Houston area. How to Apply Please submit your resume and answer this question: Tell us about a time you noticed something was wrong, inefficient, or incomplete and what you did about it. Experience matters, but your answer to that question may matter more.
