Job Description

Job Overview Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Therapy franchise providing ABA, Speech, OT, and Social Skills classes. Our centers use a play‑based NET model, monthly field trips, and high parent involvement. We're seeking a high‑energy, organized Clinic Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations at our autism therapy center. You'll support families, staff, and therapists while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Front desk reception:

phones, emails, faxes, client check‑in/out Client intake: tours, admissions forms, scheduling assessments Insurance tasks: benefit verification, pre‑auth requests Daily scheduling for clients and staff Maintain office supplies and organized lobby Plan monthly client field trips & community workshops Coordinate quarterly staff trainings and team‑building Staff onboarding and 6‑month performance reviews

Pay:

$49,835.98 - $55,000.00 per year
