Client Operations Specialist Orizon Wealth Management Pleasant Grove, UT Job Details Part-time $50,511.42
$60,830.96 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Office activity coordination Financial software Microsoft Office Front desk Office management Full Job Description Client Operations Specialist Part-Time | 25-30 Hours/Week | Pleasant Grove, Utah Maybe You're Not Looking for Just Another Job Maybe a paycheck matters
but so does enjoying the people you work with and feeling good about what you do.
Maybe you're capable and experienced, but a traditional 40-hour workweek doesn't fit your life anymore. Maybe you'd like to work somewhere that expects a lot from you, trusts you to figure things out, and gives you the satisfaction of knowing your work actually matters. If that sounds familiar, keep reading. At Orizon Wealth, our purpose is simple: We Empower Others. We help our clients make thoughtful decisions about their wealth so they can pursue what matters most in their lives. We try to do the same for the people on our team. We're a small group, which means culture matters
a lot.
We work hard. We laugh together. We care about one another. We hold ourselves to high standards without taking ourselves too seriously. And when something needs to get done, we don't spend much time worrying about whose job description it falls under. Everyone pitches in. We're looking for someone who thinks that sounds pretty great. First, Who This Role Is NOT For This probably won't be a great fit if:
You need someone to regularly tell you what to do next.
You want every task or decision spelled out for you.
You tend to think, "That's not my job."
New technology or unfamiliar systems frustrate you.
You become defensive when you're given feedback or make a mistake.
You want to complete a list of assigned tasks, collect a paycheck, and go home without being particularly invested in the team.
There are plenty of good jobs built that way. This just isn't one of them. Who We're Hoping to Find We're looking for someone who is humble, hardworking, honest, proactive, and fun to work with . You don't need wealth-management experience. You don't need an impressive title or a college degree. But you do need to care. You care whether the client had a good experience
not simply whether the paperwork got completed.
You notice things that need to be done and don't always wait for someone else to point them out. When something goes sideways, your instinct is "How do we figure this out?" You learn technology quickly, ask good questions, take feedback well, and become someone your teammates know they can rely on. Our Values Aren't Wall Art Our Values shape how we work, how we treat people, and who belongs on our team. We Genuinely Care
We put people first, show up authentically, and go beyond what is typically expected to help others accomplish their goals.
We Rise
TOGETHER
We take care of one another, grow together, and celebrate the wins and navigate the hard things as a team. We Relentlessly Discover
We stay curious, keep learning, challenge ourselves, and continuously look for ways to get better. We Face Challenges With Optimism
When something goes wrong, we stay composed, look for options, and figure out a way forward. We Do What Is Right
We lead with integrity, honesty, and loyalty, even when the right answer isn't the easiest or most convenient one.
What You'll Own Your role will center around three areas. Client Onboarding will be the largest part of the job. You'll help move new client relationships from paperwork through completion, making sure details are accurate, outstanding items are followed up on, and the client has a smooth experience. Firm Administration & Readiness means helping keep the office and our recurring operational responsibilities organized and running well. That includes meeting preparation, maintaining systems, supporting client and team activities, welcoming clients at the front desk, and proactively noticing what needs attention. Insurance New Business will be a smaller part of the role. You'll help keep applications and underwriting cases organized and moving from submission through completion. The common thread across all three is ownership. We want someone who sees what needs to happen, follows through, and doesn't need to be continually reminded. You'll Need to Be Good With Technology We don't expect you to know all of our systems when you arrive. We do expect you to be someone who learns systems quickly. You'll work across Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, CRM software, financial-planning and investment systems, insurance platforms, and other technology throughout the day. If you've never seen a particular system before, that's fine. If your reaction to that is, "I'll figure it out," we're probably speaking the same language. How We'll Know You're Winning You own your role. The team trusts that your responsibilities are handled without constantly checking behind you. You've created capacity for others. Your ownership allows other team members to spend more time overseeing operations and working directly with clients. You've made Orizon better. You've improved processes, solved problems, learned our systems, contributed ideas, and become an important part of the team.
And just as importantly:
You've made our culture stronger. This Role Could Be Especially Good for You If... You've built real professional skills but don't necessarily want the traditional full-time career schedule anymore. Maybe you're raising a family. Maybe you're returning to the workforce. Maybe you simply want meaningful work without making work your entire life. We're looking for approximately 25-30 hours per week, and we can be flexible about how those hours are structured. We care much more about communication, reliability, ownership, and getting the work done than whether every week looks exactly the same.

eligibility after one year of employment One Last Thing We're not trying to attract the largest number of applicants. We're trying to find the right person. Someone who reads this and thinks: "These are my people. They get me, and I get them." Someone who wants more than income from their work. Someone who wants to contribute, grow, help people, laugh with their coworkers, solve problems, and go home knowing they were part of something worthwhile. If you're humble enough to keep learning, capable enough to figure things out, proactive enough to take ownership, and genuinely excited about helping other people succeed, we'd really like to meet you.
