Scheduling Coordinator Alliance Building Services - 3.0 Renton, WA Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 6 days ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Paid sick time Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial, maintenance, and facility support services, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless staffing operations across multiple locations and events. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and assign coverage for absent staff based on operational needs and staffing plans. Review and approve employee time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Maintain and update a database of employee availability for scheduling purposes. Respond promptly to notifications of absenteeism and realign staff as needed. Provide daily staffing reports to management and perform weekly audits of staffing needs. Regularly update account lists and communicate changes to relevant staff members. Contact supervisors regarding missed work clock in/outs and coordinate with Payroll for necessary adjustments. Facilitate field supply orders and communicate delivery details to staff. Serve as the primary contact for the Ambassador Program for new employees. Distribute and manage monthly Safety Topics for field staff. Support operations with various administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, operations support, or a related field. Strong phone skills with high volume calls. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
Schedule Sunday:
8:30-5
PM Monday-Thursday:
10:30-7:00 PM Compensation $25.00$27.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Benefits 401(k) plan with company matching Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees and their dependents Paid vacation , accrued based on hours worked Paid sick time , accrued based on hours worked 6 paid holidays (holiday pay eligibility after 90 working days) Offered compensation: $25/hr - $27/hr Experience and License Requirements Operations Support Scheduling Spanish (optional)
