Job Description

Operations Coordinator High Point Gutter$25 - $32 per hour

+ Performance Bonuses

+ Commission Opportunities Full-Time | Seasonal with Opportunity for Permanent Employment. This is an In-Person Position High Point Gutter is hiring an Operations Coordinator to work directly with our General Manager and help keep customers, crews, schedules, hiring, and office operations moving. This is not a basic data-entry position. We're looking for someone who is organized, confident communicating with people, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of taking ownership when there are several things happening at once. We are expanding a department ahead of our busy fall and winter season. This position is being added to help support that growth. While the role will initially be seasonal, a high performer may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position and take on significantly more responsibility within the company. Responsibilities You'll work directly with our General Manager and assist with: Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email Communicating with installation, cleaning, and service crews Coordinating customer and crew schedules Helping manage changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts Following up on outstanding customer and operational issues Excel spreadsheets, reporting, data entry, and office administration Assisting with recruiting, hiring, interviews, and onboarding Maintaining applicant and employee information Coordinating between sales, production, scheduling, and management Tracking projects and making sure important tasks are completed Helping resolve customer service issues Supporting the launch and growth of a new department Assisting the General Manager with special projects and higher-level administrative tasks Identifying problems and helping find solutions before they become bigger issues This is a growing company, so the position will evolve. Flexibility is important. Some days may be heavily focused on customers and scheduling. Other days may involve hiring, spreadsheets, employee communication, reporting, or helping the General Manager solve operational problems. What We're Looking For The right person will be: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with customers and employees Professional by phone, text, and email Comfortable with Excel and spreadsheets Strong with computers and able to learn new software quickly Able to manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with deadlines Able to take direction and execute without constant supervision Willing to ask questions and communicate when something isn't right Comfortable working in a construction and field-service environment Interested in learning more about business operations and management Previous experience in office administration, operations, scheduling, customer service, construction, or service businesses is preferred but not required. We care heavily about attitude, organization, communication, urgency, and ability to execute.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$25.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation opportunities include:

Performance-based bonuses Department performance bonuses Commission opportunities for qualified sales opportunities Opportunity for additional responsibility and compensation as the role develops Bonus and commission compensation will vary based on performance and applicable sales opportunities. Schedule This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role. Five-day workweek Weekend availability is required Scheduled days may vary depending on business needs Additional hours may be required during high-volume periods Overtime must be coordinated with the General Manager and will be paid in accordance with applicable Washington overtime requirements This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with a changing schedule and understands that supporting a service business sometimes requires flexibility.
