Job Description

We are searching for an Administrative Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. If you are a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! About the Role

• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries File and maintain safety paperwork in compliance with MSHA regulationsProcure office and operational supplies to support smooth operationsHandle intercompany mailings and ensure timely distributionAssist with event planning and coordinate travel between sitesProvide site-specific training for visitors and manage sign-in/sign-out proceduresAssist with receiving and processing ordersPerform data entry and maintain operational production and safety records

• Working with railroad personnel to coordinate the loading of railcars and ensure the timely delivery and return of empty railcars to and from the facility.

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

Starting at $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of MSHA regulations or willingness to learnStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
