MALAGA•SHIPPING•ARVIN, CA.

SHIFT:

SWING (Monday•Saturday, 1:30 pm•10:00 pm)

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Clerk/Receptionist for the shipping department to perform light secretarial work and maintain shipping records and distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel. What You Will Need:

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Basic math skills. Must be able to handle a high volume of phone calls. Must have the ability to communicate with people with a positive attitude in a highly intense work environment. Must be dependable and efficient. Remote work is not available for this position. Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

What will set you apart:

Prior shipping experience. Familiar with GIS system (Grimmway Information System). Proficient in 10-key data entry by touch. Excellent organizational and management skills.

Starting Wage:

$17.50 + 0.20 (Night Premium) /

Hour Filling Deadline:

September 2 nd , 2026 Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
