Escondido, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Office activity coordination Shipping coordination Phone communication Packing Order shipping Manual packaging QuickBooks Customer support Office management Communication skills Entry level Office phone management Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time organized Office & Shipping Clerk to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, packaging and shipping duties for local machine shop. In this dual role, you will ensure machined parts are accurately documented, securely packed and shipped out on time. Additionally, office support duties will include, managing day to day office operations such as answer phones and customer support. Quickbooks, Word, and Excel experience is a plus. Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills are key assets. Shop hours are M-F between 7:00 am and 2:00pm, closed every other Friday. Hours are flexible based on your schedule.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
