Unified Motion, LA Position Summary Unified Motion LA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations in Inglewood, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, and shipment of fresh flowers and fish products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of accuracy, and contribute to exceptional service for our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments of flowers, fish, and related products. Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation. Inspect products for quality, quantity, and damage upon arrival. Accurately enter receiving and shipping information into warehouse management systems. Prepare and process outbound shipments according to customer requirements and delivery schedules. Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other transportation documents. Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely product movement. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting. Organize and stage products for shipment while following handling requirements for perishable goods. Monitor and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures, food safety standards, and quality control guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred. Experience working with perishable products, food distribution, floral products, or live animal handling is a plus. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Full-time position. Monday-Friday 7am-4p.
