You will ensure timely and accurate handling of components, sensors, motion-capture gear, prototypes, and related materials critical to engineering tests and data-gathering sessions—keeping warehouse operations safe, efficient, and disruption-free. What You'll Do Unload, inspect, verify, and process incoming stock of components, sensors, batteries, motion-capture suits, and prototypes against purchase orders and manifests Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments for engineering teams, offsite testing, or supplier returns to ensure on-time and compliant delivery Update inventory records in real-time using Tesla systems, perform cycle counts, and report damaged, missing, or defective items Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and organize materials on racks and in designated storage areas Expedite critical materials and proactively resolve bottlenecks from receiving through final use to prevent data collection downtime Monitor stock levels, adjust reorder points, and trigger replenishment to maintain optimal inventory without excess or obsolescence Collaborate with Optimus engineering, data collection, and logistics teams to align material needs and resolve operational issues What You'll Bring Experience in warehouse, receiving, shipping, material handling, or inventory roles (manufacturing or high-tech preferred) Ability to frequently lift, bend, reach, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
