Our Fulfillment Team makes sure every card reaches the right customer quickly and securely. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in accurate work and enjoys a busy, collaborative environment. Position Overview As a Sports Card Fulfillment Specialist, you will sort cards from live breaks, verify customer orders, protect and package collectibles, and prepare shipments. You will also support inventory organization, maintain accurate records, and help identify and resolve order discrepancies. This role requires careful handling of valuable collectibles, consistent attention to detail, and the ability to meet shipping deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. Responsibilities Accurately sort cards from live breaks and match them to the correct customer orders. Verify card quantities, customer information, and order contents before packing. Handle cards carefully and use appropriate protective supplies to prevent damage during processing and shipping. Pick, pack, label, and ship orders according to company procedures. Inspect cards and packages for damage, missing items, or discrepancies, and promptly report concerns. Use shipping software, and google sheets to record items and track order progress. Print shipping labels, update tracking information, and help resolve shipping discrepancies. Ensure shipments valued over $500 include signature confirmation and appropriate insurance. Meet the company's shipping deadline of within 48 hours of each live break. Assist with receiving, organizing, counting, and restocking inventory and shipping supplies. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safe handling practices. Communicate with breakers, co-hosts, customer service, and leadership to resolve fulfillment issues. Follow all inventory controls, card handling procedures, and shipping policies. Qualifications Strong attention to detail when sorting cards, counting items, and verifying orders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through. Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning Google Sheets and shipping software. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities. Ability to take initiative, follow procedures, and communicate discrepancies promptly. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, packing, receiving, or inventory is preferred. Interest in sports, sports cards or sports is a plus. Why Join
