In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate processing of shipments, coordinate with warehouse operations, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Your expertise in shipping logistics, inventory management, and warehouse procedures will help us maintain seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and package outgoing shipments using appropriate materials, ensuring compliance with packaging standards and trade regulations. Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments, update records, and manage stock levels. Operate equipment such as forklifts to load and unload goods safely and efficiently. Verify shipment accuracy through data entry, order picking, and order fulfillment processes while maintaining high attention to detail. Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues promptly. Conduct inventory management activities including stocking, replenishing supplies, and conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards during the shipping process. Assist with warehouse operations such as load & unload tasks, packing, labeling, and organizing stock for optimal warehouse distribution. Provide excellent customer service by communicating shipment statuses clearly and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Experience Proven experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment measurements. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus. Prior experience in order picking & packing, load & unload activities, or using an order picker enhances your suitability for this role. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service aptitude to support efficient communication across teams and clients.
