Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to independently manage the day-to-day operation of our St. Petersburg distribution center. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can effectively manage warehouse responsibilities with minimal supervision. A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage order preparation: Ensure orders are pulled and loaded correctly and that all paperwork is accurately coded and completed. Ensure proper packing and labeling procedures are followed to prevent damage and ensure easy identification of products.
Material Receiving:
Unload containers, ensure inbound material is properly inspected, counted, and recorded in line with company procedures; ensure material is inspected and meets standards before being placed in inventory system; ensure material is correctly placed according to the planogram layout.
Inventory/Warehousing:
Make efficient use of warehouse space to store/display materials; ensure organized inventory of materials; conduct monthly inventory cycle counts; inspect quality of inventory and rotate materials to reduce dead stock; move and replenish stock as needed; notify Purchasing of low-stock items, monitor condition of crates and reposition/repack as needed.
Shipping & Order Processing Support:
Provide support to the Fort Lauderdale team by accurately entering orders into the system, assisting with truck scheduling, and communicating with customers to coordinate order deliveries and shipments.
General Housekeeping:
Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times; ensure exterior yard is cleaned monthly and that parking lot and front of building is clear of debris and garbage; ensure adequate supplies are maintained. Monitor forklift and other equipment to ensure proper operating condition and report any issues requiring service.
Sample and Sample Board Shipment :
Closely monitor sample requests and ensure proper processing, packaging, and shipment.
Safety:
Ensure all safety policies and protocol are followed. Provide prompt and efficient customer service to clients. Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
