Position Overview:

We are seeking driven Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Shipping and Receiving operations for our Recycling program.

Job Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and trailers with inbound material, create receiving record, place material in dedicated location for further processing; Enter information accurately in our WMS; Communicate and resolve any discrepancies prior to receiving shipments; Accurately pull and stage material for packaging; Load trucks and trailers with outbound material; Create bill of lading; Completes shipping transactions in WMS; Resolves and / or escalates issues with shipments; Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of warehouse / shipping / receiving experience; 5+ years of experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry-picker, etc.); Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite; Highschool diploma, associate degree in relevant field preferred; Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and math skills; Experience with box truck driving; Valid non-CDL driver's license; Excellent attention to details; Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs; Must be able to stand for prolonged periods at the workstation and walk long distances.
