Coordinate outbound shipments and schedule trucks/carriers Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Utilize ERP and shipping systems to track orders and shipments Support finishing operations and production activities as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipment Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and production areas Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and production teams Assist with inventory movement and material handling Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Previous shipping clerk or logistics experience required Experience scheduling trucks and handling BOLs is required Forklift experience required ERP and shipping software experience preferred Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Apply today to join a company that values dependable employees and offers long-term career opportunities!
