As an ASRS Administrator, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory, and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) operations to ensure automotive seating is accurately sequenced and shipped on time to meet customer production requirements.
What We Offer:
Pay of $21.80 per hour 1st shift: 6:30 AM
- 3:00 PM 2nd shift: 4:30 PM
- 1:00 AM Monday
- Friday, with some Saturdays Temp-to-hire opportunity 520 hours required for conversion, with the opportunity to be hired sooner $2.

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field in automotive manufacturing 1+ year of material management or shipping and receiving experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Experience moving automotive components using various lifts and material-handling devices Strong computer skills with the ability to learn ASRS programs Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Knowledge of SAP, MES, warehouse management systems, and PDA devices Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to process time-sensitive information and orders while meeting deadlines Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and complete necessary work before the end of each shift Ability to accurately communicate with coworkers and management Ability to help lead others to ensure customer requirements are met Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, walk, reach, and perform material-handling activities as required Ability to work extended hours as needed and wear required PPE What You'll Do as an
ASRS Administrator:
Monitor customer production sequences and ensure seats are shipped according to required sequencing and timelines Monitor internal inventory and compare production builds against customer broadcasts Ship sequenced seats according to customer production requirements Coordinate the flow of work and materials through the manual movement of pallets on and within the ASRS and platform Monitor shipment schedules and communicate with appropriate teams when seat shortages or other issues arise Work with department supervisors to determine work progress and completion timelines Compile reports on work progress and inventory levels Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, invoices, orders, and other records Prepare work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, and other required documentation Perform material-handling functions as required Support maintenance repairs and help maintain consistent ASRS operations Troubleshoot ASRS and conveyor systems to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions to customer production Support seat packing and delivery operations Scan seats and verify that labels match the correct seat options Track parts using electronic systems Follow Logistics, Shipping, and Receiving processes and procedures Prepare production reports as needed Perform monthly inventory counts and help investigate differences between physical stock and inventory system quantities Maintain customer and internal packaging instructions Follow quality, safety, 5S, ISO/TS16949, and company standard operating procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Perform additional duties as assigned .
