Job Description

Employee Referral Program Retirement Plan Clothing Allowance Employee-Owned Company Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into the computer. Keeping inventory counts correct. Unloading/Loading of trucks using forklift. Keep warehouse and receiving area organized and clean by properly identifying and shelving material and properly disposing of shipping containers. Perform other incidental duties as may be required.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Leadership experience with the ability to support and motivate team members. Previous forklift experience and warehouse experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities. Initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work overtime as required to support business needs. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check. High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively. Work involves walking, sitting, and stooping, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with your body, arms, and/or legs. Working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Schedule:

8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)

Job Type:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
