This position involves overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, scheduling orders and overseeing our office operations. Responsibilities Operate the scale house equipment to weigh and record inbound and outbound trucks accurately using advanced warehouse management systems. Verify shipment details, process shipping, and data entry of shipments. Manage inventory data entry, track shipments, and facilitate order fulfillment. Maintain detailed records of shipping logistics, shipping schedule, orders, and compliance documentation. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries. Assist with warehouse operations including order fulfillment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Skills Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for weight verification and inventory adjustments. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance.
