Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred Forklift or pallet-jack experience is a plus Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Basic computer and inventory-system skills Ability to use RF scanners and shipping software Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Job Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Check products for damage and discrepancies Load and unload trucks Pick, pack, and stage customer orders Prepare shipping labels and documentation Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies Update inventory using scanners and warehouse systems Organize products and storage areas Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams Meet daily shipping deadlines Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Assist with additional warehouse duties Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
