Full Job Description Overview:

The Receiving & Inventory Associate will work in a team environment within our warehouse. The position entails receiving and unpacking shipments, accurately fulfilling purchase orders, safely operating lift trucks, and assisting in product retrieval from inventory locations for technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments into the inventory system. Identify, quarantine, disassemble, and return products to inventory as required. Accurately enter, adjust, correct, and consolidate inventory records and part numbers. Perform inventory cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Pull and stage products for technicians using pick lists. Operate lift trucks and stand-up forklifts (certification preferred; training provided). Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Support other inventory functions as assigned and follow all company procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1+ year of related experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs. Experience with inventory management software is beneficial but not required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and well organized. Team player attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
