• Shipping Clerk
• to join our warehouse and shipping operations team in Blaine, MN.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating freight pickups, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping and warehouse experience who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• What You'll Do
• + Prepare and process outgoing shipments using
• UPS, FedEx, and LTL (Freight)
• carriers. + Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment accurately and efficiently. + Update inventory records within the computer system as products are pulled and shipped. + Communicate with truck drivers, freight carriers, and shipping brokers to arrange pickups and shipments. + Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation for accuracy. + Operate both
• sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• to move materials safely throughout the facility. + Assist with inventory control, material handling, and general warehouse duties. + Cross-train on multiple shipping methods and processes. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Required Qualifications
• + •2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• + •Experience with UPS, FedEx, or Freight shipping processes.
• + •1+ year of forklift experience•operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

+ Experience with:

+ Order picking and packing

+ Material handling

+ Inventory management

+ Warehouse operations

+ Strong computer skills and ability to update inventory systems accurately.

+ Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience working with shipping brokers and freight carriers. + Experience using inventory management or ERP systems. + Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple functions.
