Requirements:

Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification Overhead crane experience or ability to obtain certification Basic carpentry skills are a plus Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance Ability to use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Job Duties:

Build crates and prepare materials for shipment Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met Maintain warehouse organization, inventory locations, and material counts Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Assist with general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Will Do As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
