Duties Prepare, package, and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload goods safely. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and process orders efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing for both bulk distribution and e-commerce orders, maintaining high accuracy rates. Manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork as needed. Conduct stock replenishment activities like stocking shelves and organizing pallets to streamline order fulfillment processes. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading of trucks while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (including reach trucks), pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and stock management. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order processing. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
